I've decided that now is a good time to get healthy! I purchased a fitbit at the end of May. Started a running/jogging/walking challenge in June. And I joined noom in July. This blog will be a place for me to collect my photos, share my walks, celebrate my victories, and simply organize my journey. I also think this is another way to hold myself accountable as I get closer to being the best version of myself. My goal is to weigh the amount is says on my drivers license :).
I'm super proud of this badge. I wish I could tell you the last time I weighed the amount I currently do, but I have no idea! My guess is before my son was born or before I got married. I have never weighed myself much. In high school I remember weighing 200 lbs and never looking at my weight again. My goal is to get to 200 lbs again!
